Christmas Concert: Slovenski Vokalni Kvartet

Slovenski Vokalni Kvartet invites you to a Christmas concert on 27 December 2025 at 17:30 in the Basilica of Our Lady of Sveta Gora. The concert begins after the evening Mass at 17:00.

The first part of the concert will feature organ accompaniment by Gregor Klančič, with the quartet performing from the choir loft. In the second part, the ensemble will present around six additional acapella pieces in front of the altar, creating an intimate and festive atmosphere.

The quartet is known for its thoughtful interpretation, unified sound, and expressive storytelling. Their repertoire ranges from Slovenian to international works, with a special love for Slovenian folk songs, which they perform with deep respect for the nation’s cultural heritage. They frequently appear at events, festivals, funerals, and wedding ceremonies.

Admission is free, and no registration is needed. All are warmly welcome!
